How this works. Tell us about the company you want to set up — the name, what it will do, its directors and shareholders. MAPD Accounting will reserve your name with the CIPC, prepare the incorporation documents (MOI, COR14.1, COR14.3, COR15.1A) and attend to your income tax registration and any VAT, PAYE or COIDA registrations you request. What should the company be called?

The CIPC reserves one name from a list of preferences. Give up to four names in order of preference. You may also register with a registration number only and name the company later.

A new company is automatically registered for income tax on incorporation. Tick anything else you would like MAPD to attend to.

  1. the information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge;
  2. I authorise MAPD Accounting (Pty) Ltd to reserve the company name and prepare the CIPC incorporation and registration documents using these details;
  3. I understand that MAPD’s involvement beyond the agreed scope is on a quoted-fee basis; and
  4. I consent to MAPD Accounting processing this information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
